Our architectural team worked closely with the client to develop a contemporary design solution for this dwelling located on the edge of the green belt.
Having worked with the client over a number of years including the adaptation and extension of their current home Castle Owen were the obvious choice to develop an exciting design for a new home. The design incorporated the redevelopment and significant extension of an existing outbuilding. Our architect lead team worked with a planning consultant colleague to secure planning consent at appeal for this contentious site.
