Castle Owen provided a clerk of works service as we have for most of the University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Park buildings. Our service included regular site inspections, attending site progress meeting and liaison with the project team. As Chartered building surveyors we are well equipped to comment upon specific construction details or apparent defects. We adopt the approach of working closely with the project team and contractor in resolving challenges which may occur during the construction process.
