Our appointment was extended to provide a full multi disciplinary solution to this challenging project. Our sympathetic design maintained the original building aesthetic interpreted using current high performance materials. Castle Owen were responsible for the development of a detailed design solution, obtaining all statutory consents and managing the procurement of contractors to deliver the project. We administered the building contract and managed the quality of construction through to completion.
