Our building surveying team led the internal refurbishment of the Information commons Building which was delivered within budget and to a challenging time frame.
The project was fully designed to RIBA stage four and then procured competitively. We developed a project programme which allowed the majority of the work to be completed outside term time thereby limiting the impact upon students. Our design considered the heavy, 24hr use of the building, selecting materials which were robust as well as aesthetically pleasing.
