In order to meet our clients challenging programme we developed a scheme utilising off-site fabrication and an enhanced visual presence achieved through timber cladding.
Our architect lead team sort to utilise refurbished modular buildings because of the timescales involved and also the sustainable benefits of re-use. We obtained planning consent for the scheme and developed a detailed stage 3 employers requirements package which formed the basis for the design and build contract. Our team further assisted the University by providing a quality monitoring service during the construction phase.
