Castle Owen were appointed as project managers for this important regeneration project. We advised the Council from inception developing a project strategy which accommodated funding timescales whilst meeting procurement guidelines. We worked with the client to select an appropriately skilled and experienced design team and managed the project from inception to completion. Our experienced team of Party Wall Surveyors were brought in to resolve neighbourly matters prior to the commencement of the main phase of work.
